# TRIOS 6 高光譜技術是什麼？一次口掃，讓你看見口腔細節

以前提到口掃機，大家最先想到的通常是數位印模。做全瓷冠、牙橋、植牙贋復或數位矯正時，透過口掃機取得牙齒、牙齦與咬合資料，再把數位模型送進後續設計與製作流程。

隨著數位牙科越來越成熟，你手上的掃描資料，也開始被用在更多地方，例如口腔狀況紀錄、牙齒磨耗比較、牙齦變化追蹤，以及患者溝通。

到了 TRIOS 6，3Shape 又把這個方向往前推了一步。

其中最值得注意的，就是高光譜技術（Hyperspectral Imaging）。

這個名稱第一次看到時，可能會讓人覺得有點距離。畢竟「高光譜」聽起來很像光學實驗室或研究論文裡才會出現的名詞。但如果從牙醫每天真正會遇到的臨床情境來理解，其實概念並不難。

你可以先把它想成：同樣是完成一次口掃，TRIOS 6 希望留下的不只是一個彩色三維模型，還包括不同光線照射牙齒後所產生的資訊。

 

## **一次口掃，加入白光、螢光與近紅外光資訊**

一般口掃機最主要的工作，是把口腔內的牙齒、牙齦、咬合與表面形態數位化，建立完整的三維模型。

TRIOS 6 在這個基礎上加入了多種光學資訊。依照 3Shape 公開資料，掃描過程中會整合白光（White Light）、螢光資訊（Fluorescence）與近紅外光（Near Infrared，NIR）。

這三種光線在口腔裡扮演的角色並不相同。

白光最接近我們熟悉的臨床視覺，可以呈現牙齒顏色、表面外觀與口腔組織。螢光資訊則可以讓某些牙齒表面、牙菌斑與相關組織變化呈現不同的視覺反應。至於近紅外光，則能提供可見光比較難取得的牙體光學資訊，尤其在鄰接面區域的觀察上相當受到關注。

當這些資訊和原本的三維資料一起被保留下來，你看到的患者數位模型，也就開始多了一些過去單靠一般彩色口掃較難取得的內容。

## **為什麼換一種光，就能看到不同的東西？**

牙齒看起來是一個白色、堅硬的組織，但光線進入琺瑯質與牙本質後，會發生反射、吸收、散射與穿透。

如果琺瑯質結構健康完整，光線在其中傳遞的方式會有一定規律；當牙齒出現脫礦、微小孔隙增加，或組織結構開始改變時，光線的傳播方式也會跟著發生變化。

這些差異對肉眼來說，未必每次都很明顯，但對特定波長的光而言，卻可能形成可以辨識的對比。

因此，高光譜技術對牙科有趣的地方，就在於它讓你除了看到「牙齒目前長什麼樣」，也能多取得一層「牙齒對不同光線如何反應」的資訊。

這也是為什麼 TRIOS 6 的高光譜功能會和齲齒、牙菌斑等應用產生關聯。

 

## **近紅外光，讓鄰接面多一個觀察角度**

有些病灶從咬合面看起來並不明顯，患者也沒有任何症狀。等到臨床視診能很直接看出問題時，有時病灶已經發展了一段時間。因此在評估鄰接面時，通常會搭配咬翼片（Bitewing X-ray）、視診、觸診、患者齲齒風險及病史一起判斷。

TRIOS 6 使用的近紅外光，就提供了另一種觀察方式。

健康琺瑯質對特定近紅外波段具有一定程度的透光特性。當牙體發生脫礦，內部微結構改變後，光線散射也會產生變化。系統可以利用這些差異形成影像對比，讓你在掃描資料中查看可能與鄰接面病灶相關的區域。

假設患者今天是為了全瓷冠、植牙或矯正而接受口掃，你原本就會完成整口掃描。當同一次掃描裡還能留下近紅外資訊，你在檢視整體口腔狀況時，就多了一組可以參考的資料。

不過這類資訊目前仍然屬於臨床輔助。牙醫最終還是要根據口內檢查、X 光、病史與患者風險綜合判斷。它比較像是把原本的口掃流程再延伸一點，讓你在既有工作流程中輔助你多看到一些東西。

 

## **螢光資訊，讓牙菌斑與牙齒表面更容易溝通**

除了近紅外光，TRIOS 6 也會利用螢光資訊(黃光)。

某些牙體組織、牙菌斑與細菌相關產物，在特定光線照射下，會出現不同的螢光反應。對牙醫來說，這類資訊很適合拿來輔助觀察牙齒表面，也很適合患者衛教。

如果你曾經花很多時間跟患者解釋「哪裡刷不乾淨」，應該很清楚口頭說明有多容易失焦。你說左上後牙鄰接面要加強，患者回家後可能只記得「要刷乾淨一點」。

如果可以把相關位置直接顯示在螢幕上，讓患者看到自己的三維牙齒模型，再搭配視覺資訊指出需要注意的區域，理解速度通常會快很多。

過去很多事情要靠牙醫仔細描述，現在越來越多內容可以直接讓患者看到。

## **TRIOS 6 和 Dx Plus 如何搭配？**

TRIOS 6 掃描取得的資料，還可以進一步搭配 3Shape 的 Dx Plus 軟體使用。

目前 Dx Plus 的診斷功能涵蓋表面齲齒、鄰接面齲齒、牙菌斑、牙齒磨耗與牙齦萎縮等項目。

這些功能使用的資料來源並不完全一樣，例如牙齒磨耗和牙齦萎縮，很大一部分來自不同時間點三維模型之間的比較；表面齲齒與牙菌斑則會結合可見光及螢光資訊；鄰接面齲齒則會使用近紅外相關資料。

透過高光譜技術，口掃時蒐集資料並整合給 AI 後，它能夠直接分析出一份報告告訴你，患者的口腔可能有哪些潛在狀況，  
並且隨著時間累積，逐步建立更完整的患者紀錄。

 

## **高光譜功能可以取代 X 光嗎？**

看到近紅外光和鄰接面齲齒的應用後，你可能第一個問題都會是：那以後是不是可以少拍 X 光？

目前來看，比較適合把 TRIOS 6 的高光譜與近紅外資訊視為額外的臨床參考。

X 光對牙科仍然非常重要。牙根、齒槽骨、根尖區域、牙周骨缺損，以及許多牙體深部結構，都需要透過放射影像來評估。

近紅外影像提供的是另一種光學資訊。在某些區域，它可以讓你多一個觀察角度，尤其是鄰接面。實際診斷仍然需要結合患者症狀、臨床檢查、齲齒風險與必要影像。

對牙醫而言，多一組資料的意義，往往就在於能夠互相對照。

 

## **TRIOS 6，它想做的事情其實很清楚**

當你去理解高光譜功能後，會發現 TRIOS 6 更值得注意的地方，在於它正在改變口掃機和臨床資料之間的關係。

你完成一次口掃，可以得到三維模型，也能同時留下高光譜技術掃描後所留下的相關資訊；這些資料再進入Dx Plus 軟體，就可以幫助你應用在更多口腔健康觀察、患者溝通與長期追蹤情境。

對數位牙科來說，這代表口掃機的角色正在持續擴大。

未來你在評估一台口掃機時，可能不只會看它掃得多快、握起來多輕、邊緣能不能掃得清楚，也會開始在意另一件事：
