身為牙醫師的你，或許也曾反覆計算過這個問題：

「傳統印模明明做得好好的，為什麼要花大錢去買一台口掃機？」

## **陷阱一：被線材與推車綁架的臨床動線**

## **陷阱二：傳統印模的「盲盒效應」與醫病溝通斷層**

傳統印模最大的問題在於：結果，在完成前永遠不可預測。

 

氣泡、邊緣不清、變形，往往等到模型灌出來、病人離開後才發現。

這時候，要不要請病人回來重印？

這不只是流程問題，更是對專業形象與信任感的消耗。

 

醫病溝通的關鍵，其實是「看得見」。

蘇院長分享了一個極具代表性的臨床場景——舌側咬合檢視。

在傳統流程中，患者根本無法理解自己牙齒內側的實際狀況。

你說咬合不良、磨耗嚴重，病人只能憑想像理解，甚至懷疑這是否只是推銷自費療程。

掃描完成後，直接在螢幕上旋轉、放大給病人看，問題瞬間具象化。

## **陷阱三：植牙流程中不可逆的風險累積**

對於長期專注於植牙與贋復的醫師來說，傳統導板流程潛藏的風險其實早已「習以為常」，只是很少被真正量化與檢視。

 

傳統流程通常是：印模 → 灌模 → 技工所製作 → 寄回診所。

 

這條流程看似成熟，但實際上，每一個步驟都在默默累積誤差。

印模材本身存在變形風險、石膏在凝固過程中會產生微小膨脹、模型轉換為導板設計時，還需仰賴技工的經驗判斷與手工修正。

單一步驟的誤差或許不明顯，但當這些誤差層層疊加，最終反映的，卻是手術當下「不可逆」的結果。

 

## **真正的風險，往往出現在「已經來不及」的時候**

更現實的問題是：傳統導板流程，幾乎沒有即時修正的彈性。

導板一旦完成、消毒、進入手術階段，如果發現骨頭條件與術前評估略有落差，或臨床視野與預期不同，醫師能做的選擇其實非常有限。

要嘛硬著頭皮照原計畫執行，要嘛臨場放棄導板，改回 free hand。

不論哪一種，都意味著原本仰賴導板降低風險的初衷，在關鍵時刻失效。

這也是為什麼許多資深醫師心裡都明白：傳統導板的風險，不在於「準不準」，而在於「一旦不準，就幾乎沒有回頭空間」

 

## **數位口掃，帶來的是「可修正性」**

因此相較於傳統流程中，因印模材變形、石膏膨脹、模型轉換所累積的誤差風險，口掃機鎖定的是穩定的空間座標與精準數據。

資料一開始就以數位形式存在，後續所有設計、模擬與調整，都建立在同一組參考基準上。
