# 台大牙醫如何引領數位化浪潮？ 台大口腔醫學部主治醫師專訪

牙醫數位化已不再是遙不可及的概念，而是提升醫療品質與效率的關鍵。為了一探究竟，我們特別專訪了[臺大醫院口腔醫學部](https://www.ntuh.gov.tw/dent/Index.action)主治醫師—歐旭峯醫師，由他親自分享臺大牙醫如何運用口掃機，特別是此次引進的 TRIOS 5，在臨床服務、教學與研究三大面向實現數位轉型。

 

## **臺大牙醫的「胡椒鹽」：從理念到實踐的數位化之路**

歐旭峯醫師首先分享了臺大醫院的三大目標，台大院長稱為「胡椒鹽」：服務（胡）、教學（教）、研究（研）。他指出，數位化對這三個面向都帶來了革命性的助益。

「我們在數位化的過程中其實準備了很久，直到 2019 年[臺大牙醫數位中心](https://www.mc.ntu.edu.tw/ntusod/Fpage.action?muid=4&fid=1808)成立，才有了這個平台能聚集更多資源，讓我們能夠將這些能量慢慢擴散。」歐醫師回憶道，臺大牙醫在約十年前就開始決定逐步數位轉型，從早期的觀望到如今的全面導入，這是一個循序漸進的過程

### 口掃機：告別印模的噁心感

談及臨床服務，歐醫師首先提到了病患最常遇到的困擾—傳統印模的噁心與不適。「以前取傳統模型，病人可能會因為印模材料的氣味或觸感感到嘔吐、噁心。

現在我們使用口掃機進行數位取模，整個流程相對安全與舒適，大幅提升了病患的就診體驗。」他補充說，這種即時成像功能不僅讓病患感到更放心，也讓醫師能夠更快地確認掃描結果是否準確，省去了傳統印模可能因為失誤而需要重做的時間。

 

### 數位化教學：將知識化繁為簡

在教學方面，數位化也扮演了重要角色。歐醫師指出：「有了數位的流程，我們可以讓以前的石膏模型或病人的狀況具象化。學生在理解上會更方便。」他進一步指出，過去學生只能透過平面的 2D 影像或實體的石膏模型來學習，但這些都無法完整呈現複雜的口腔結構與治療細節。

現在透過口掃機建立的 3D 模型，學生可以從各個角度觀察，甚至在虛擬環境中進行模擬手術，這大大提高了學習的精準度與效率，而這正是醫學中心的核心價值。

### 數位研究：讓數據說話

至於研究方面，歐醫師表示：「在數位的世界裡，我們可以做很多不一樣的東西。」他強調，數位化讓牙科研究得以進行更深入的數據分析。例如，透過口掃機保留的數位模型，醫師可以對比病患從治療前、中到後的變化，甚至是追蹤多年後的結果。

歐醫師進一步強調，數位轉型並非要捨棄傳統，而是「不要被工具綁住，但是要善用工具」。他認為，選擇適當的工具能讓流程變得更有效率，並分享了口掃機兩大關鍵優勢。

### 數位典藏：突破空間與時間的限制

「臺大醫院的地段非常貴，如果要放很多模型，空間會非常大。」歐醫師笑著說。數位典藏完美解決了這個問題，利用極小的空間就能儲存大量的模型。

更重要的是，這些模型可以進行多時間點的比較，提供完整的紀錄。他解釋，數位檔案可以輕鬆地進行備份和傳輸，避免了實體模型可能因損壞或遺失而造成的資料缺口。這些完整的歷史資料，對於後續的治療評估和追蹤，有著不可估量的價值。

### 高效溝通：跨科協作的順暢橋樑

「在醫學中心，我們有很多困難的案例需要跨科別溝通。」歐醫師解釋，有了口掃模型與影像，不同科系的醫師與牙技師之間的溝通會更加順暢，大幅簡化了處理複雜案例時的繁瑣流程。

他提到，過去需要郵寄或親自遞送實體模型，並透過口頭或書面溝通，往往容易產生誤解。現在，透過數位檔案的雲端分享，所有相關人員都能即時、同步地查看和討論，確保了治療方案的精確執行。這種數位化的協作模式，對於複雜的全口重建、植牙手術或是矯正治療尤其重要。

## **口掃機的演進：從耗時 20 分鐘到無縫工作流**

談到口掃機的發展，歐醫師感嘆其進步之快。「數位中心成立前，我們有一台口掃機，掃一個模型大概需要 15 到 20 分鐘。大家應該很難想像。」他回憶道，那時的掃描過程充滿挑戰，需要極大的耐心。

然而，隨著技術的演進，「現在用到 3Shape 的口掃機，從第三代、第四代到現在的第五代 [TRIOS 5](https://yuchen-biotech.com/3shape-trios-5)，速度和順暢度都很有感。」歐醫師對 TRIOS 5 的評價極高，認為它在臨床上的表現令人驚艷。

### 選擇 TRIOS 5 的三大考量

當初在選擇口掃機時，台大團隊有三個主要考量，而 TRIOS 5 剛好滿足了這些需求：

1\. 開放性流程： 「我們希望教給學生的部分是不受流程限制，能自由使用。」歐醫師強調，這點對臺大醫院這樣的教學單位尤為重要。開放性的系統意味著學生可以將掃描資料用於各種不同的軟體，例如 CAD/CAM 設計、矯正模擬、3D 列印等，不受單一廠商的束縛，更能培養他們解決問題的能力。

2\. 簡單操作： 「它要能簡單操作，不會容易出問題。」歐醫師表示，TRIOS 5 在這方面表現出色。其輕巧、直觀的設計，即使是初學者也能快速上手，大大降低了學習曲線。這使得醫師能將更多精力放在病患身上，而不是繁瑣的設備操作。

3\. 後端串接完整： 由於 3Shape 軟體後端的完整串接，讓整個工作流程變得非常順利。從口內掃描到數位模型設計、再到最終的假牙或植體製作，所有環節都能無縫對接。這種整合性的工作流，不僅提升了效率，也確保了最終產品的精準度與品質。

## **複雜案例的應對：數位化簡化繁瑣流程**

當被問及是否有特別複雜的案例是透過數位化技術解決時，歐醫師表示：「我們日常的都是這樣的案例，所以你要說複雜的話，其實這是我們的日常。」他進一步解釋，在醫學中心，他們經常處理的都是需要多科協作、治療計畫複雜的案例。

他提到，像「一日完成植牙，做完假牙」這樣的案例，從技術層面來說並不難，但關鍵在於後續的追蹤與維護。數位化流程讓他們能夠在短時間內完成植牙與假牙製作，但更重要的是，數位模型與數據的保留，使得醫師能長期追蹤病患的恢復狀況，確保治療成果的長久穩定。

這種以病患為中心的長期關懷，正是數位化所賦予的額外價值。

## **結語：給仍在觀望者的真誠建議**

面對許多還在觀望的牙醫師，歐醫師提出了真誠的建議。他認為，數位轉型是一個趨勢，但不必害怕。

「它就是個工具而已，你可以去選擇你適合的工具。」歐醫師語重心長地說。「選擇適合你的工具之後，你就可以利用它去改善你原本的流程。」

歐醫師最後強調：「如果真的遇到什麼問題，臺大醫院這邊都還蠻開放的，可以一起討論，這才是醫學中心存在的目的。」
