## **從傳統印模到數位口掃：你的不適感可以被改寫**

你應該對傳統取模的感覺不陌生：滿口黏稠的印模材料、想吞又不能吞的窒息感、快要乾嘔卻只能咬著不動。對許多牙科患者來說，這往往是看牙裡最不想回憶的一個畫面。

數位牙科的出現，就是為了讓這一段慢慢退場。所謂「數位牙科」，指的是在牙科治療中大量導入電腦相關的硬體與軟體，包括 3D 影像、口內掃描、[CAD/CAM 修復設計](https://lavin.rs/zh-TW/%E4%BB%80%E9%BA%BC%E6%98%AF-cad-cam%EF%BC%9F/)、數位放射線、甚至雲端資料管理。目標很單純：讓牙醫能用更精準、更高效率、也更舒適的方式，為你做診斷與治療。

數位牙科的影響不只在修復，從你第一次走進診間開始，整條流程其實都在改變。

當你牙痛就診時，牙醫可能會先用數位放射線為你拍片。相較於傳統底片式 X 光，數位系統可以大幅降低輻射劑量，影像也會立刻顯示在螢幕上。牙醫可以放大某顆牙的細節、調整對比度，讓你直接看到蛀牙範圍、根尖病變或骨頭狀況。

## **數位讓流程更快：少請幾次假、多少幾顆臨時牙**

在傳統流程中，你可能要跑診幾次才能完成一顆牙冠：第一次預備與取模，帶臨時牙回家；第二次試戴成品，不合再重做；第三次調整或重黏。對於上班族或需要照顧家庭的人，這不只是治療，也是時間成本。

## **數位牙科並不完美，但關鍵在於「怎麼被使用」**

就算數位牙科有這麼多優點，它仍然不是一個完美、沒有代價的系統。

首先，導入這些設備與軟體的成本很高，牙醫不只要買機器，還得持續更新軟體、維護硬體，並花時間上課、練習與調整診所流程。這些投入通常會反映在治療費用上。

最重要的一點是：再好的數位系統，如果操作的人沒有足夠的臨床經驗與判斷能力，也可能做出不理想的結果。能不能善用口掃、CBCT、CAD/CAM，最終還是取決於牙醫本身的專業與態度，而不是機器規格。

## **患者未來看牙會是什麼樣子？**

往後幾年，你很可能會看到更多新技術出現在診所裡：

• 人工智慧協助讀 X 光片、CBCT 或口掃模型，先幫忙標記可能的病變與風險點，再由牙醫做最後判讀。  
• 虛擬實境或擴增實境，不只用來訓練牙醫，也可能幫你模擬手術過程或治療步驟。  
• 更成熟的遠距牙科應用，讓你在家也能先做初步諮詢，決定哪些狀況需要立即到診所處理。
