# 7 個口掃後處理技巧：為什麼你不該掃完就直接送設計？

當你完成上下顎口掃、取得咬合資料，畫面上的牙弓看起來也相當完整，很多人下一個動作就是直接按下寄送，把病例交給技工所或送進設計軟體。

但口掃畫面已經出現完整模型，其實並不代表這份數位印模已經準備好進入後續流程。從口掃機取得的原始資料，還需要經過一個經常被忽略、卻會影響模型品質的重要步驟：後處理（Post Process）。

後處理位於口掃流程的最後階段，主要工作是把原始掃描資料進一步細緻化，形成可供分析、設計與輸出的 3D 網格。TRIOS 3、TRIOS 4 與 TRIOS 5 的後處理流程雖有些微差異，但這個步驟對三個世代都同樣重要。

以 TRIOS 5 的日常流程來說，掃描速度快、操作順暢，能幫助診所更有效率地取得資料；但資料取得完成之後，仍需要確認模型方向、細節、顏色與掃描品質。否則，一個在掃描畫面上不明顯的小破洞或模糊邊緣，可能要等到繪製邊緣線、製作模型或輸出 STL 時才被發現。

## 技巧一：後處理，把原始資料變成可用模型

很多人看到後處理前後的畫面差異，會把它理解成單純的影像美化：原本比較模糊，處理後變得更銳利、顏色更真實。但後處理真正的工作不只是讓模型「看起來比較漂亮」。

口掃機在掃描過程中取得的是大量原始資料，這些資料需要經過整理與運算，才能形成完整的 3D 網格。後處理同時還會辨識模型方向，並針對標記的牙位進行更精密的網格化，讓預計進行修復或設計的區域呈現更多細節；顏色資訊也會進一步處理，使模型更接近真實口內影像。

最重要的是，這些工作會直接影響後續流程。

例如模型方向不正確，設計軟體可能無法用正常視角開始作業；修復區域的網格不夠精細，支台齒邊緣與局部形態就可能不容易判讀；模型若尚未形成完整網格，也無法正常進行部分分析與檔案輸出。

因此，後處理並非掃描完成後可有可無的附加功能，真正的功能是把「口掃取得的原始資料」轉換成「真正能被使用的數位印模」的重要過程。

## 技巧二：不要把後處理當成萬能修復工具

後處理能清理模型中的部分雜訊，但它並非把所有錯誤自動變正確的工具。

項目包括肉眼不容易辨識、或難以回到口內補掃的小破洞；沒有與主要模型連接的游離碎片；以及反射造成的表面干擾。這些問題多半屬於局部、細微，而且不會改變主要牙齒空間位置的資料異常。

但如果破洞位於重要解剖形態，例如支台齒邊緣、咬合面或關鍵鄰接區，後處理即使把洞關起來，也很難還原患者真正的牙齒外形。同樣的，與主要模型連接的多餘資料，仍可能需要你自行修剪；疊圖錯誤若已經影響模型維度與位置準確性，就不能只靠後處理修復，而應回到原始流程補掃。

可以用一個簡單原則判斷：後處理可以清除多餘資料，但無法創造沒有被正確掃到的臨床資訊。

如果模型只是旁邊多了一塊游離碎片，可以清除；如果支台齒真正的邊緣根本沒有被記錄，軟體就無法知道它原本應該長什麼樣子。

## 技巧三：你可能每天都在用後處理，只是沒有特別注意

聽到要多做一個後處理步驟，你的第一個反應可能是：「這樣口掃流程不會又變得更麻煩嗎？」

實際上，多數情境都會由3Shape軟體自動完成後處理。當你按下寄送病例時，系統會先處理掃描資料，再將檔案送出

掃描完成後直接開啟 TRIOS Treatment Simulator 或 Patient Monitoring，軟體也會自動進行後處理。

病例若直接進入 Implant Studio、TRIOS Design Studio、Splint Studio 或 Model Builder Express，系統也會在需要時自動處理掃描檔。若模型尚未完成後處理，系統還會跳出提醒視窗。

換句話說，診所並不需要每次都額外尋找一個功能，再手動執行複雜運算。

對 TRIOS 5 使用者來說，後處理通常已經被整合在口掃資料的寄送、分析與設計流程裡。

真正需要建立的習慣，是理解軟體什麼時候會自動執行，以及在資料送出之前，仍要親自確認處理後的模型是否符合臨床需求。

 

## 技巧四：後處理完成後，一定要再看一次模型

後處理前的掃描模型通常比較模糊，細節與顏色也尚未完整呈現。完成後處理之後，模型的邊緣、表面紋理與顏色會更容易觀察，視覺上也更接近真正的口內模型。

這個前後差異，正好說明為什麼不應該掃完就直接送出。

掃描當下覺得模型完整，可能只是因為畫面尚未呈現最終細節。等到後處理完成，支台齒邊緣的小破洞、表面模糊或局部缺漏才可能變得明顯。

因此，建議把「查看後處理完成的模型」放進固定的送件流程。尤其是牙冠、貼片、嵌體或植牙等需要精準邊緣與局部形態的病例，更應放大檢查欲製作牙位、鄰接面、咬合面與軟組織邊界。

可以的話，在當下就先檢查完，如果患者仍在現場，發現問題後可以立即吹乾、修剪並補掃；不要等到病例送到技工所才發現資料不足，患者可能需要另外安排時間回診，診所與技工所也要重新確認病例進度。

## 技巧五：邊緣線看不清楚時，關掉顏色再判斷一次

後處理會讓顏色更接近真實狀態，但有時候色彩資訊反而可能干擾模型形態的判讀。

例如後處理完成後，支台齒邊緣仍然看不清楚，可能是因為掃描時牙面被唾液覆蓋，導致局部表面細節不足；也可能是模型顏色、牙齦色調與陰影讓界線不夠明顯。

遇到這種情況可以先關閉顏色資訊，將模型切換成類似石膏模型的單色顯示，再觀察幾何形態。

單色模式能減少顏色與反光的干擾，讓牙體表面、邊緣與小型缺漏更容易被發現。但如果關掉顏色後，預備邊緣依然模糊，就不要只在畫面上反覆放大。

比較穩定的作法是回到製備或掃描步驟，修剪有問題的區域，重新保持牙面乾燥，再進行口內補掃。補掃完成後重新執行後處理，再確認模型是否足夠清楚，最後才發送病例。

這套流程可以整理為：

後處理 → 關閉顏色檢查 → 發現問題 → 回到前一步修剪 → 乾燥牙面 → 補掃 → 再次後處理 → 確認後寄送。

## 技巧六：按下後處理後，原始資料不一定立刻消失

不少使用者擔心，完成後處理後，模型是不是就被固定，無法再回到前面修剪或補掃？

當你後處理完成後，原始掃描的歷程檔會在電腦中保留 45 天。在這段期間，只要歷程檔尚未被刪除，都可以回到前面的步驟進行修剪、補掃、編輯原始資料，甚至重新取得咬合。

未經後處理的掃描歷程檔則會保留 90 天。不過，歷程檔占用的硬碟容量較大。當硬碟空間不足時，系統會優先刪除較早期的檔案，並在刪除前提醒使用者。歷程檔一旦刪除，就不能再回到原始流程補掃、修剪或重取咬合。

這對長期或複雜病例特別重要。

例如全口重建、多階段贋復或需要較長時間完成的病例，診所可能在數週後還需要回頭修改資料。這時可以針對個別病例設定保留歷程檔，使它在 45 天後或硬碟容量吃緊時不被自動刪除。

但也不建議把所有病例都永久保留。比較理想的做法，是針對特殊病例開啟保留，療程完成後再恢復原設定，並定期整理不再需要的歷程檔，維持電腦空間與口掃流程順暢。

## 技巧七：按想匯出 DCM、STL 或 PLY，必須先完成後處理

後處理還有一個容易被忽略的實際限制：掃描資料需要完成後處理，才能匯出 DCM、STL 或 PLY 等檔案格式。

原始掃描資料尚未經過完整網格化與整理，不能直接視為可供其他軟體使用的最終 3D 模型。經過後處理之後，資料才具備可輸出、可分析與可設計的完整結構。

如果你需要把口掃資料交給不同技工所、第三方設計軟體、3D 列印流程或其他數位設備的診所來說，這個步驟非常重要。

因此，若發現病例無法匯出，不一定是權限或檔案格式出了問題，也可能只是掃描資料尚未完成後處理。

## TRIOS 5 掃得快，後處理讓資料真正走得下去

TRIOS 5 能讓診所更有效率地完成口掃，但數位流程真正需要的，是一份能被檢查、分析、設計與輸出的可靠資料。

後處理就是把這兩個階段連接起來的關鍵。

它會整理原始掃描資料、建立 3D 網格、辨識模型方向、細緻化重要牙位並處理顏色，也能清除部分小破洞、游離碎片與表面干擾。

但後處理並非萬能修復。重要解剖區域缺少資料、與模型相連的多餘組織，以及已經影響維度準確性的疊圖錯誤，建議還是需要人工修剪、補掃或重新取得資料。

因此，真正值得建立的是一套穩定的送件習慣：完成口掃、執行後處理、檢查最終模型、必要時補掃，再把確認過的資料送進設計。

多花的可能只是幾十秒，換來的卻是更少的退件、更少的患者重新回診，以及更順暢的診所與技工所合作流程。
