# 2026 牙科競爭大「內捲」：獨立診所如何靠「數位印模」突圍？

全台牙醫診所已經突破 7,118 家，健保總額與分區點值每季都在緊縮。更嚴峻的是，打著單顆 3– 4 萬、全口重建不到 36 萬的「低價量販型診所」正在全台各縣市瘋狂插旗。

在雙北、台中、高雄等核心蛋黃區，每位醫師每週能分配到的自費患者數量，正面臨毀滅性的「攤平」。

面對這種跨世代的割喉價格戰，中小型獨立診所的院長如果還坐在傳統舊體制裡，沿用舊有的印模方式，無異於把自身的利潤與翻桌率雙手奉獻給連鎖集團。

今天，我不談複雜的行銷術語，只想和你聊聊：為什麼引進「數位口掃工作流」，是你在 2026 年保住毛利、讓病患主動指名的唯一生路？

## 傳統印模隱形成本：你以為的「省錢」正在吃掉診所利潤

許多站在數位化邊緣的院長，還在想說：「傳統灌石膏、用印模材不是也做得好好的？一台口掃機動輒百萬，能省多少錢？」
